We have a 1900sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly remodeled 3 story vacation home that has two large bedrooms on the 3rd story with a bathroom and a back patio wood deck with balcony. The middle floor features the living room and the kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances which is a major plus. The 1st floor has the exercise room to keep in shape while on a vacation getaway. We encourage you to come and give it a try before it's already pre-booked for years to come! And if you are wanting to visit Tennessee for Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and some cool mountain scenery and attractions, Dollywood isn't far away so you can enjoy a cozy vacation home without the high Gatlinburg prices. The University Of Tennessee / Downtown Knoxville (Under 15miles away / about 20mins) and the Knoxville zoo is under 10miles away. Happy and safe travels everyone :-)

We have three separate houses on the property. The gazebo, grill and hot tub are shared just like if at a resort or hotel. The hot tub room is between the three story house and the middle one story house. The gazebo and grill area is between the middle one story house and the 2 floor 5 bedroom house. Around spring break / summer break timing a lot of folks book single houses and specifically inquire about the hot tub, so if it's your main deciding factor for booking, you may want to find a place with a private hot tub. In the future we plan on adding a second hot tub for the outside deck of the 5 bedroom house but for now we only have the shared hot tub room. Typically we'd rather offer for guests to rent the full property so they can have all amenities to themselves. As for the gazebo and grill area..... in the past some guests would go to Walmart that's only about 10min away and bring the little cheap disposable grills and cook out on the decks and have their own grill space but that was before we installed the park style grill and gazebo in the middle of the property months ago. Just wanted you to know how close Walmart is just incase you need food or something from Wally World 🤗. If our space will fit your trip needs, we would be delighted to have you as our guests.
