Make vacation memories at the elite Sea Pines Resort of Hilton Head. This home was renovated in 2022 to include 2 master suites with private baths, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout home, and an open floor plan for your family to relax and enjoy. Brand new furniture throughout. There are 2 master bedrooms, and each have king beds with private on-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a bath across the hall. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and it open to the dining and living area of the home. Enjoy the coffee bar for your morning cup of java and sit out on the screened porch in the private garden backyard. The King Master Bed has a brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress and a private seating area with French doors leading to the back patio. The back garden patio features a walk-in non-heated pool with a heated jacuzzi in the evenings 6-10. Pool is not heated and the jacuzzi is set up to run automatically from 6-10 every day. Perfect location in Sea Pines close to Harbour Town, Heritage Golf Course, and South Beach. Hop on your bike and get on the bike trail right behind this home. Bike to the beach or Salty Dog Marina restaurants or play golf on one of the 3 golf courses in Sea Pines. No pets are permitted in this home.
