Nestled on the 2nd floor (NO ELEVATOR), the apartment is in a quiet street, but nevertheless close to restaurants, pharmacy and bakery. In just about ten minutes on foot, you will reach the park of the water station, offering a walk on the banks of the Doubs. It is also equidistant from the heart of the city center where you will find all the shops and shops.
Inside, the apartment offers a carefully appointed space, combining comfort, old and modern. The newly installed kitchen from March 2025 is equipped with an induction hob, an oven and a small fridge. You will also find a coffee machine and a kettle to enjoy your mornings with a coffee or tea, as well as a toaster.
