Start your vacation off with ease. As soon as you pull into the private driveway, you can immediately unload your bags into the elevator (with access to all levels). Head inside and you'll be greeted by an inviting living area with nautical decor, pops of yellow and multiple seating areas, great for catching up or lounging during movie nights with the group. Nearby, the dining table offers glimpses of the Gulf while the fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need for casual breakfasts or homecooked family dinners.
The fun doesn't stop there, the upper level loft is a great place for family game nights! Play a game of pool, compete against each other on the shuffleboard table, or just sit back and watch the action on the sectional sofa. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly retreat! After a day of fun, you'll appreciate retreating to one of the 4 private bedrooms.
The primary suite boasts a relaxing color palette, private deck access, a King bed and en suite bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. On the upper level you'll also find two bedrooms with a unique feature - ladders leading to viewing windows to soak up the great views! One bedroom offers another King bed, while the second will be great for the kids or teens in your group with a Queen pyramid bunk with trundle bed plus a Twin bunk! This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
