Come relax at our retreat! This listing is for a well-appointed 6 bedroom house with 3 full baths located on East hill about 5 minutes from downtown Ithaca. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood just minutes to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. There is a beautiful backyard which leads to a town park. The main level of the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the lower level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a full kitchen, dining area and living room on both floors.
This house has been meticulously updated over the past few years. Because the house has two levels, it is perfect for multiple families with kids coming together or friends needing private bedrooms for each person. The back patio and deck are perfect for eating meals or sipping your morning coffee. The backyard is surrounded by woods and is very private. A little path in the backyard leads to a town park with hiking trails and a playground. This house has a full laundry room right off the kitchen which is available to guests. We do not provide access to the garage unless arranged beforehand.
There is a grill outside for guests to enjoy as well as seating on both the upper deck and the patio. Located on a dead-end road, but so close to everything Ithaca has to offer, this location is ideal for those coming together in ithaca.
