Then Woodland Shores unit 27 is your budget friendly vacation home away from home! This spacious bi-level can sleep six and features a fully equipped kitchen, tasteful décor throughout and a balcony. With amenities such as two pools, and shuffle board, Woodland Shores has something for everyone! Plus award winning golf courses, restaurants, outdoor malls, movie theaters and more await you nearby. So grab your beach gear and your beach attitude and make Woodland Shores your next vacation destination! This condo rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
