Our spacious, newly constructed 4900 s.f. custom home sits beachfront on the iconic Chun's Reef Surf Break. With family-friendly, white sand beaches and waves for all skill sets, Chun’s Reef is ideal from those learning to surf, to the most advanced water sports enthusiasts.
Work on your tan in our lush tropical garden, or hang out in the shade of the covered lanai and take in the best of what the legendary North Shore has to offer. The main home is designed with 2 master bedroom suites, and each of the 5 bedrooms is designed to showcase stunning ocean views. The craftsman style living room opens directly to the covered lanai through a 16-foot wide pocket door, connecting you with the environment your entire stay. Our 1900 s.f. of covered lanais feature breathtaking 180 degree ocean views. From the comfort of our home, you can see the endangered Hawaiian Sea Turtles year round. The winter months bring the big waves, as well as breaching humpback whales you can view right from your room.
Our home also features an open, state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances, and a 10 foot long granite island and eating bar. Enhance your dining experience with the adjoined 16’ x 16’ dining lanai, complete with a BBQ grill. The lower level game room opens directly to the covered patio with a separate dining area as well.
The adjacent cottage has an ocean front master bedroom and living room. It also has a full kitchen and dining room.
While winter brings the infamous Haleiwa surf community to life, summer is an ideal time to take advantage of the unforgettable calm waters and incredible clarity. Come snorkel with the sea turtles, or kayak and stand up paddle along the iconic coastline with your family. Let the kids run wild on the spacious lawn, or take a few short steps down to the tide pools, for a fun and exciting learning experience they’ll never forget.
The house sits two miles from Historic Haleiwa Town, home to a wide range of dining experiences, as well as unique shops, art galleries, and local farmers markets.
Less than 3 miles away sits the gorgeous and world famous Waimea Bay. Hike the Waimea botanical gardens, swim in the waterfall, or relax on the expanse of it’s gorgeous white sand. In the winter you can watch the world’s top surfers take on the raw power of one of the biggest, and most famous waves on the planet. Waimea Bay.
15 minutes North is Turtle Bay Resort, where you can play golf, tennis, travel the horseback riding trails, and sample the newest tropical flavor creations from world renowned chefs.
20 minutes North is the Polynesian Cultural Center, an entertaining crash course in the rich culture and lore of the islands. The cultural show at the PCC is well known as the best on the island.
