Positive: Modern clean very good taste

Negative: It was 28oF in Gainesville but my room had no heat. I called the front desk and it took 10 min twice to get an answer. They said that they would correct remotely, but did not. They then sent a tech who was unable to repair. I slept at 63oF. Next day, nothing was repaired : 10 more min again waiting for an answer on the phone but nothing, no heat. As it was a little warmer, the room was at 65oF. No apologies, nothing and the staff was not helpful. Not very serious. Too bad as this would be a great hotel.
