Crawling distance from Fitzgerald's & Sidebar, one of the most well-known music venues in IL. Fine dining and sit-down restaurants, coupled with quick bites are steps away... Walgreens, CVS, Jewel, Taurano bakery, and a local brewery are also within walking distance. 3 blocks to the CTA Blue line & 7 blocks CTA Green/Pink line. 15-minute drive to the West Loop and 20 min to downtown Chicago and Lake Front On-premise parking, coupled with permit parking for guests. If you are looking for nature; many parks, the river, and Zoo are nearby! Wild parties are not allowed, just small gatherings, we have installed cameras and hired a property manager. No pets are allowed, sadly and the main guest must be at least 30 years of age. We do make special exceptions ;-)
