This renovated 4200 sq/ft Colonial style home features 5 spacious bedrooms privately located on two floors of living space, including lush bedroom quarters with a grand bath suite that will help you relax the woes away. Fully equipped with all you need to have a luxe stay, the family room, gym and game room are a great place to entertain and to let the kids play. The first-floor level gives you a formal living and dining room opening to the kitchen area perfect for entertaining. You’ll fall in love with the breakfast bar areas and venture into the fully equipped kitchen to create the dish you are craving, all while giving you access outdoors to enjoy many of the amenities that make a vacation truly special. The driveway can comfortably fit 8 cars and the location is perfect to access many nearby areas of interest such as Sandy Neck Beach, Peters Pond, Mashpee Commons, Ryder Conservation areas, the Sandwich Boardwalk, Wakeby Pond and much more. This home also includes a playground for children, available just for you, your family and guests. The countertops are granite, there is central A/C and the indoor fireplace will be shut off for the summer months. The pool is heated at 75 degrees when open.
