Pelican Watch is a perfect escape for couples seeking solitude and privacy. Located on Harbor Island, this gated island community has 24-hour security and 2.5 miles of unspoiled beach. Just a 5-minute walk over your choice of several boardwalks will get you to the beach. Don't worry about packing beach gear or towels, as Pelican Watch provides two folding beach chairs, two stadium chairs, two beach umbrellas, and four beach towels for all guests.
Inside the villa, enjoy neutral décor and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry. This corner unit is located on the second and third floors of the "B" Building which provides spectacular views and limited shared walls. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy coffee or cocktails on the deck or cook a homemade meal. The dining area seats four people comfortably and the living room has plenty of seating options with a 55" television with cable and internet. A powder room is accessible on this level for added convenience. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms each with an on suite bathroom for privacy. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with ceiling fans. All linens and towels are provided.
Our villa is a special place that we have used as both a vacation and a permanent home. We have put careful thought and consideration into the décor, furnishing, and supplies needed to make our guests find the same relaxation and solitude that we have.

The beach at Harbor Island is best known for its tranquil waves. This makes it great for floating, swimming, kayaking, and even shore fishing. Low tide brings an abundance of marine life and is a great time for birdwatching, walking, or bike riding. The best times for swimming are one hour before- and after- high tide. If you are looking for larger waves, a short 5-minute drive to Hunting Island State Park is all it takes (park pass provided to guests)!
Pelican Watch is within short driving distance to several destinations including Hunting Island State Park, historic downtown Beaufort, Parris Island, and Port Royal.
Please note: Harbor Island charges a daily fee per vehicle for a gate pass that is included at the time of booking for one vehicle. If needed, one additional gate pass can be arranged with owner at time of booking for an additional cost of $15/night.
