The house is a completely brand new construction and is excellent for those looking to be near South Beach, Wynwood, Midtown and Brickell. All these places are close and available.
This Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with super comfy beds. All of them have a Smart TV and access to the backyards. The 2 full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials.
Outside, you'll find an amazing backyard with a sparkling pool (ask 48 hours for it to be heated), a dining table-grill and many spaces to relax and have fun.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.
