This newly remodeled and completely refurnished home features a modern rustic style inside and out. This four-bedroom home features two king beds and four twin XL beds sleeping eight guests comfortably. The master also has a home office with docking station, monitor and wireless printer.
Your own private backyard oasis awaits complete with a heated pool($75/per day), hot tub, fire pit, outdoor lounge, BBQ and grass area. Relax around the pool deck in one of the three lounges or take a nap in the hammock under the shade of the palm trees. You may never want to leave the backyard!
This beautiful home is minutes from Kierland Commons, Paradise Valley Village and several golf courses including TPC Scottsdale. The main living area is just off the pool deck and open to the fully stocked kitchen. There is a round table in the dining room with seating for up to eight. The family room is just off the dining area and features two overstuffed couches and a large Smart TV. There is a powder room and full sized laundry room just off the kitchen. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and the two car garage. **Surveillance cameras are used on the front and side of the home to protect our guests and verify occupancy.
