The loft sits on a property originally built in the late 1700s, offering beautiful views of the South Mountains and a quiet, rural feel while remaining close to major attractions.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout designed for comfort and ease. We live on the property, and the garage below the loft is in weekday use. You may occasionally hear the garage door open around 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m as well as at other times.
Two friendly dogs — a Sheepadoodle (75 lbs) and a Bernedoodle (60 lbs) — also live here. They are well-behaved and usually inside, but you may see them in passing.
