Additional Guests: We allow for 2 guests at our standard rate in all units. All units with the exception of Lux Lounge can accommodate 4 guests. We charge $50 per additional guest at the time of check-in. We understand that it would be easier to bill this at the time of booking but our third party management software doesn't allow us to have these fees in place at the time of booking.

Guests have access to all 5 acres of the resort, Koi Pond, Sauna, Stone Pizza Oven, Michael Phelps Hot Tub, Gazebos, Grass Lounge Bed, Outdoor dining spaces, mini library, and yoga studio and 2 outside grills.

We allow 4 guests for the villa. This glamping estate has a downstairs pull-out couch for the extra guest. We are dog friendly for well-behaved dogs. Our fee is $25 and must be part of your reservation. Dogs are required to be on leash at all times. We are located 2 miles from Rodeo, 10 miles from COTA/F1, Airport 5 miles, Executive Airport 8 miles, Tesla Gigafactory 4 miles, 9 miles Downtown.

2. Trash Disposal Trash bins are located outside each unit. Do not leave trash unattended outside. Pickup is available upon request.
3. Pets Pets are welcome if included in your reservation. Pets must:
* Be leashed at all times
* Never be left unattended unless properly kennelled
* Use only the designated pet relief areas
* Waste bags and disposal bins are provided for your convenience
* Do not allow pets to relieve themselves on artificial grass
1. Quiet Hours Quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
2. Guests & Children Guests aged 12 and up are considered extra guests and are subject to an additional fee. Children under 12 are not permitted on the property. All children and pets must be supervised at all times.
3. Hot Tub Use The hot tub is shared among guests. Please be courteous with usage time. No soaps, oils, or bath products are allowed in the hot tub. Any violation requiring water drainage and cleaning will result in a $250 cleaning fee, charged to the credit card on file.
