The estate utilizes a sensitive, high-efficiency plumbing system. To prevent system failures, compliance with the following infrastructure rules is strictly mandatory:

Prohibited Items: Do NOT flush toilet paper, feminine products, wet wipes, trash, or paper towels.
A dedicated, hygienic waste receptacle is provided next to each toilet for these items.
Handle Operation: When flushing, you must press and hold the handle down firmly until the bowl clears completely.
Drain Care: Do NOT discard food debris, hair, or grease into kitchen sinks or bathroom drains.
