Summary: There was no remote in the room so we called the front desk and it took two calls to finally receive a remote, only to find out the tv itself didn't work. That was very inconvenient since the heating unit to the room was incredibly loud and sounded like an old car starting up every 5 minutes. The three of us got no sleep the night before a big ski day. The bed was moderately comfortable
