Any reservations over 30 days will require a monthly inspection and professional unit cleaning. The cleaning will be serviced by my cleaning technicians and it is $100 per cleaning. This helps me maintain the integrity and quality of the unit. Masks will be worn by the tech and I will always schedule the cleaning with you in advance.
This is surely one of my best places. The area 4th and Lombard Street is a great central location. You can walk around the corner to South Street and enjoy any of the dozens of restaurants and shops that fill the street. South Street and its surroundings offer you dozens more quaint places to eat and dine with your loved ones, friends or just a dinner for 1 all within a 1-4 block radius.

This is a large creatively unique designed apartment with an floor plan and many angles throughout the ceilings and walls. As you walk in you have a large open living room with a traditional fabulous fireplace as a decorative piece. The living room area has large windows with a great view of the Historical buildings across the street that provides a very peaceful view in the early mornings and at dusk.
The living room leads into a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the cooking amenities you'll need. You only need to bring your food and drinks.
We have set up a spacious tall dining table for comfortable dining and meal times. You can also use it as a laptop work-station. The dining area seats 4
We have a double old style glass doorway in the living room that opens into a small balcony where you can step to and get some fresh air.
Elevated Bedroom:
A unique addition is the elevated bedroom that is above the living room area. Here you can look straight down to the living room and kitchen area. Yet it is private from view from below looking up. We have 2 single beds here and plenty of luggage space.
Main Floor: When you walk back down to the main level we have a private bedroom with a full size comfortable bed, a couple of nice tables and a serene sleep environment. There is a nice large window as well for natural sunlight and fresh air.
We have a nice size bathroom with a powerful shower set up, very comfortable and with great water pressure. Toilet, vanity and mirror all included. Super clean.
This is a private apartment. The area is a quiet yet vibrant area with many calm and peaceful places to walk and vibrant and fun places to explore on South Street. Parking is always based upon availability, its regular street parking. Some spots are metered with time restrictions.
You have private access to the entire apartment.
You can walk almost everywhere of interest from our apartment. A car is not needed if you want to escape the issues or driving and parking. There is street parking with limited time restrictions. You can also Lyft or Uber everywhere from here and the Subway is 10 mins away on 5th and Market Street.
