Welcome to our lovely Germantown setup where character meets charm! This property is close to several restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops as well as downtown and the University of Louisville.
• 2 Bedrooms consisting of 1 queen bed, 2 queen bunk beds, 1 queen sofa bed. All bedrooms have flat screen Amazon TV's (you will need to login to your amazon account to access the different apps)

* The door dividing 2 of the bedrooms does not lock as it has the original handle from the 1900s so we are preserving its history!
Conveniently located this house is the perfect getaway for friends or family seeking a relaxing stay in Louisville! Discover some of the numerous museums, like the Muhammad Ali Museum and the Slugger Museum and Factory, or sign up for one of the Bourbon tours. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants before returning to our space to relax.
After a day outside, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the comfy couch and watch your favorite show on one of the Amazon TV's. You can easily plan your next adventure using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the early evening, step out onto the private patio and enjoy the fresh air with a glass of wine or bourbon!
In the kitchen, you'll find a gas range, a microwave, a full-size fridge and freezer, a blender, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking products (salt/pepper/oil). Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from the Keurig!
If you're traveling by car, you'll find parking available behind the house and street parking located in front of the house.
