The snow is falling at Dodge Ridge Ski Resort and our winter typically extends into April!
Stay at the only property in Twain Harte that includes (2) fireplaces, firewood, (2) hot tubs and can sleep up to 22 guests. Glamping tent opens April 1st.
Whole home generators in both cabins - never lose power during your vacation.
Our summer calendar is open and we have huge discounts set for 5-7 night reservations. 2 Twain Harte Lake Memberships allow for groups of 20 to use the lake together.

Digital code keyless entry on front doors. Codes will be shared 24-hours prior to check-in.
We have a local property management team.
Quiet, relaxing getaway in the woods. Twain Harte has a great downtown area that includes mini-golf, ice cream shop, a brewery and axe throwing that is a 20-minute walk; 5-minute drive from the cabin. Twain Harte Lake is a 10-minute walk, 2-minute drive from the cabin. Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Pinecrest Lake and Leland sledding park within 35 minutes.

IMPORTANT – CLEANLINESS, TRASH & DISHES
These rules apply to all guests that stay with us. Please make sure not to leave sinks full of dirty dishes, trash inside or outside of the cabin, and wipe up any large spills on the countertops or floors. Keep all food in the kitchen area and outside of bedrooms. All trash needs to be thrown away in the bins at the bottom of each driveway in front of each cabin - if the bins are full, please leave trash inside the kitchens and notify the host. Since we do not charge a cleaning fee, we rely on guests to leave the cabins tidy upon departure. The cleaning fee we pay does not cover excessive messes left behind.
Any excessive cleanliness issues will be reported to Airbnb and an additional $150 to $500 per cabin will be charged.

IMPORTANT – WINDOWS, DOORS & LIGHTS
Please do not leave the cabins with windows or doors open and all lights on. Doing so results in a $100 negligence fee.

Pet Policy
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
• Pets may not be left unattended inside the cabin.
• Pets must remain on a leash when outdoors, as there is no fenced area.

Winter Season Considerations (December–March)
During winter months, power outages can occur. Each cabin has a whole-home generator that will automatically activate, minimizing disruption.
However, winter storms may also impact WiFi, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
Because these issues are weather-related and unpredictable, we are unable to offer refunds, discounts, early check-out refunds, or exceptions for these circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We do not offer discounts/refunds for early departures after check-in.

Hot Tub Guidelines
• The hot tub will be ready for your arrival. You can adjust the temperature with the arrows and control lights/pumps as needed.
• When not in use, please lower the temperature to 95 degrees and keep the cover on.
• For week-long stays, you may request spa servicing as needed.
• Maximum occupancy is 5 people at a time.
IMPORTANT:
If splashing causes the water level to drop, please refill the tub using the hoses provided.
Running the hot tub with low water can damage the heater core, resulting in a $1,000 repair fee.

Grill
The propane grill is easy to use. If the tank runs out, 7-Eleven is just 5 minutes away for a quick swap.
There are no issues with wild animals in the area.

Helpful Notes
• Wood fireplace is excellent for heat
• Wall heaters are not operational
• Keep exterior doors closed for heating efficiency
• TVs are smart TVs with streaming access
• Extra towels and linens are located in the back hallway linen closet
• Parking is limited—our narrow street allows for 6 total cars, maximum. Please do not park across from the cabins.
• No smoking inside the cabins. Outdoor smoking is allowed only if you clean up all waste.
• Please keep the cabins in the same condition you found them—much love and effort has gone into making these spaces special.

Electric Vehicle Charging
EV charging is not allowed at the cabins due to electrical limitations and potential fire risk.
Black Oak Casino (15 minutes away) offers free EV charging.
