Beautiful beach home with all the amenities...Are you looking for the perfect getaway? Planning a family gathering or event? Want all the comforts of home but close to the beach? This is the place. Quiet street, lots of room to spread out and enjoy the wonderful weather year round and beautiful surroundings. This home features 2 bedrooms and office with daybed in the main house, upgraded bathroom and kitchen and upper glassed in deck to sit and enjoy an evening meal or refreshments. This home also has a very large lower patio with lighting for evening enjoyment. There is parking in the driveway for at least two cars and parking in front of the house for an additional one. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house. There is an underground tunnel (completed about a year ago by the county) that goes under the freeway and allows direct access to the beach. This home is located between Ventura and Santa Barbara in the small community of La Conchita. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it.
