This Redondo Beach house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and one with a twin bed and child’s bed. The living room also offers a cozy sofa for extra guests. This is an older home with a lot of character, that makes it a comfortable place to chill.
The neighborhood is great for walking dogs and if you are up to it walk to the beach - I suggest bicycles though. The home is about 1 mile from the beach. I am a dog super friend so feel free to bring your friends (2 dogs max). The house is about 20-30 min from LAX. There is a lot to do around the area and you will be pleased with all of the great restaurants in the area. We are about a 5 min drive from a large well kept dog park, so your doggies can have some fun as well. If you have smaller children there are no shortages of great parks to play at.
If you need a place to stay for work, the house is quiet and the WiFi works great.
Laundry is located in the garage.It is easy to access through a side door. I have all of the amenities - Blow dryer, Iron & Board, extra linens and towels - I keep a “separate” beach set of supplies - chairs, umbrella, towels and toys.
If you do have smaller children please let me know because I have toys etc that I will bring out for your visit.
I must be honest the one thing my home does not have is a dishwasher. So if that is a dealbreaker best to know at this point.
I have a large dog bed that I clean between visitors - it is a nice one and I do not have a size limit on dogs but I do have a limit on 2 dogs. If your dog is a persistent barker that could be a problem because my neighbor has issues. So please be considerate if your dog is yappy.
I don’t accept cats because I have a few feral ones that roam the neighborhood and I do not want something to happen to a guests feline friend.
The kitchen is well stocked and I do have many pantry items that you can feel free to use.
