3 Bedroom House in Gulf Breeze
Perfectly located between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach - you get the best of both worlds. Convenient local restaurants and grocery stores within 10-min drive. Perfect for retreats with family and friends and your loved pets.
This townhome was built in 2024 with all new furniture and appliances. It features a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. There is also a mini foldable crib in case you have an infant as we do. Also on the second floor are two smaller bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each. A twin-sized sofa bed is in the living room in case you would like to accommodate one more adult/child.
We've decorated an "activity corner" in the living room with a combo game table including foosball, mini air hockey and mini pool table. Perfect if you have kids. We also prepared local maps and guides in case you are interested. Kids' reading materials are also available in the living room.

Simply push up or pull down; rotate the tilt wand to open or close the slats of the blind.
In the kitchen storage:
First aid kit, beach umbrella, sand baskets
Shake off the sand:
Please try to shake all sand off the gear (towels, blankets, umbrella, toys) outside and double check if all sand is off before you put towels and blankets in the washing machine.
Polaroid on the kitchen counter:
Feel free to take pictures of yourselves and pin them to the wood board in the hallway!
High chair:
Avoid food stains by gently scrubbing the seat and the straps with the sponge in the kitchen sink. Fold the chair before cleaning to not hit furniture around the kitchen sink. You can fold the chair by pressing the two opposite round buttons under the seat and pulling down; the back legs will be folded in.
Game table:
Top layer includes Foosball and mini-Air Hockey. Bottom layer is a mini-pool table
To remove Foosball and play Air Hockey, remove the sticks by pressing both sides of the plastic buckle right next to the stick handles, and lift the stick up. However, these buckles are plastic so they can break down. You may not want to use brutal force.
Another way (at least easier to me) is to remove the handle (by pulling it out) and the player closest to the handle, and pull the stick out.

Please do not use the wash cloth to remove your make-up; please instead use the makeup wipes we provide instead.
No Shoe Policy:
To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, we have a no-shoe policy inside the house. Please remove your shoes upon entering and utilize the shoe rack and slippers by the entrance. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a spotless home.
Pet Policy:
We love pets and are happy to welcome them to our home. However, to keep our furniture and beds clean and comfortable for all guests, please adhere to the following pet rules:
No Pets on Furniture: Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any other furniture.
Pet Bedding: Please bring your pet's bedding to ensure they have a comfortable place to rest.
Pet Pads: Please bring your own pads for pets to use indoors.
Supervision: Always supervise your pet to ensure they adhere to these rules.
Trash Collection: Recyclables (blue bin) are collected on Wednesday mornings; trash (grey bin) is collected on Thursday mornings. Please push out the bins to the street curb the night before for collection the next morning. On a non-collection day, please ensure the bins are inside the garage. HOA rolled out a new rule fining us for trash cans being visible on non-collection days.
Supplies Closet: The closet on the second floor that is at the end of the stair flight is a supplies closet and for owner and staff only. Please do not try to open it. If you need anything please let me know.
