Summary: Hotel used to be really nice. Girls at check in were great. Servers were great Saturday morning. First room, sliding door don’t lock. Girls upgraded us. Nice room. Couch is disgusting and needs to be removed from 210. Stinks bad. The practice of leaving trash bags piled up under the stairs all day and night is trashy. Low class. Lazy. Staff in “lobby” didn’t know that breakfast was closed on Sunday. We checked out right around 6am. Girl in Lobby was complete rude. I seemed to have woke her up. She was totally annoyed that I was there. I asked about breakfast Sunday. Her response was “how am I supposed to know, I haven’t been here in a year and a half.” Hotel used to be great. Most of staff is great. Seems someone bought it that is out to just make a buck and not care about quality. Sad. Again. Little girls at check in Great! Both servers Saturday morning Great. Short hair girl at checkout. Terrible.
