No AC (not needed, at least so far, but if gets hot can look at options)- however it stays cool here, as it is 1.8 miles to the beach. A peaceful and bright home and location. Central heating available when needed in cooler months in winter.

Fully furnished including fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. This home rental does not include the garage but Tenants have full access to the washer and dryer in the garage, and there is some storage space available including room for bikes. There is a separate studio rental in the backyard, not included in this rental, which is detached from the main home and has a separate entry.
August 1-4 the backyard will receive new paver patio, then patio available with furniture, bbq, hammock.
