Through the front door, the home divides naturally in two directions. To the right is a sitting room with generous seating and a decorative fireplace -- a quieter space to read or decompress, separate from the main living area. A half bathroom sits just ahead, convenient for guests without requiring access to the bedroom wing.
To the left, the home opens into a wide, skylit floor plan that runs from the kitchen through dining and into the living room. The skylights overhead fill the space with natural light throughout the day, and the effect is immediate. The kitchen is built around marble waterfall countertops, warm wood cabinetry, a large center island, and a six-burner professional gas range. A built-in microwave and refrigerator with a water filter dispenser round out the appliances. A walnut dining table seats eight just off the kitchen, positioned to take advantage of the light from above.
The living room extends beyond the dining area, anchored by a deep green velvet sectional, an 85-inch smart TV, and a bold black arched feature wall with a circular porthole window. The design throughout the home reflects real intention -- curated artwork, considered finishes, and details that make the space feel lived-in rather than staged.
Off the living area, a hallway leads to a flex room with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a queen bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and dedicated desk with chair. The primary suite is at the opposite end of the home. Culver City is roughly 10 minutes west, Downtown LA is about 15 minutes east, and LAX is approximately 15 minutes away. The Expo Line is accessible for those who prefer to skip the freeway.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you`re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. The Expo Line is also accessible for trips to Culver City, Santa Monica, and Downtown LA without getting on the freeway.
