Nestled in one of Ojai’s most desirable neighborhoods, “Nine Oaks” awaits you. This rustic mid-century home—spacious, serene and inviting--is the perfect retreat. We are available for 30-day minimum bookings. Set on a glorious acre+, surrounded by 100-year-old oaks, once there, you will not want to leave.
The gracious living room has a lodge-like feel with its stone fireplace, mahogany ceiling, club chairs, and French doors that bring the outside in. Great for gatherings of all kinds, “Nine Oaks” has a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area, and a lovely courtyard patio with dramatic tree lighting, large teak table and a grill ready for al fresco entertaining.
The spacious master suite features a king bed with large adjoining full bath, plus separate sitting/TV room. French doors open out to the back patio, where you are just steps from a dip in the seasonal pool or perhaps a Jacuzzi under the stars. Bedroom #2 is open and airy, with a comfy queen-size bed, and a desk that is ready for your laptop, plus a full bath across the hall. Cozy and bright Bedroom #3 offers another queen bed and adjoining bathroom. The “kids room” has a set of twin bunk beds and ample space for indoor play.
Full laundry facilities, whole-house water filter, cable T.V and HIGH SPEED, STABLE WI-FI are available for your use. A separate guesthouse on the property completes the compound, and is currently rented to Laurel, our wonderful long-term tenant, who acts as the local host for Nine Oaks. While being very respectful of guest privacy, Laurel is available throughout your stay to provide information or assistance if desired, and ensure you have a wonderful visit.
