The Space:
Three story villa. 3 amazing bedroom and bath suites. One bed and bathroom on bottom floor. Main living and 1/2 bath on second. Two king master bedrooms/bath on third floor. Total of 2 staircases.
New 6 seat lithium powered golf cart avail. for rent. Rates are much much lower than retailers. We provide 4 newer bikes for free. 4-6 newer beach chairs and solar tent shade for free. Saves hundreds by not having to rent beach chairs or umbrella. All newer linens, mattresses and pillows. Kitchen fully stocked, coffee (kureug) washer/dryer, gas grill. Community pool right out our back door, literally 35 feet.
WE LOVE PETS. Bring your well-behaved pooch. Just ask you to keep him/her off the couches and beds. If that's too hard to take, place a towel under your special critter please. We do provide doggy bed too.
We provide a pack-n-play and high chair for the youngsters.
We replace HEPA filters monthly.
Guest Access:
Beach parking is 450 ft from beach. We offer a golf cart for rental. Beach access is flat
The Neighborhood:
Secluded 12 home community within 2000 feet of the most amazing non-crowded beach and beach access on 30A. Short walk, bike ride or golf cart to the beach. Neighborhood pool right out the back door, less than 50 feet away. Watch your kids from two decks. Great to walk your dog too.
Getting Around:
Parking for two cars/SUV's. Also one non-overnight spots for day guests. Corner/end home in neighborhood, extremely safe for young kiddos.
Other Things to Note:
We've thought of everything you'll need. Enjoy 4 bikes, beach chairs, sun shade, cooler and beach towels all provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook with. Pool is steps away and we also have a 6 seater golf cart with stereo and Bluetooth available for rent.
