Walk to Regan Beach! Perfect location & for families, this vintage Tahoe home is 1 block from the beach w/ a huge yard w/ horseshoe pits & hammocks. Walk down the street to rent bikes & paddleboards, to shops, eateries, pubs & live music. 5 min drive to Heavenly Gondola skiing & Stateline shopping, casinos, the new Event Center (hockey games), sledding, ice skating, & hiking activities. So close to the lake & Stateline action, yet on a quiet street w/ space & privacy to relax. Permit No. 333265.
Four bedrooms (five beds) and two full baths with two parking spaces and tons of outdoor space including an extra large yard (with horseshore pits, hammocks), side deck, back patio, front porch and a few sitting areas. Vintage Tahoe charm with modern updates and conveniences. Many glimpses of the lake from many rooms. Upstairs bedroom has gorgeous filtered lake views to remind you that Regan Beach is one block away!

Located in the prestigious Al Tahoe Historic District. The home is one block to my favorite Regan beach in Tahoe. Also down the street from shops, pubs, eateries, bike and paddle board rentals, and the local bus. Close enough to walk, bike, or scooter to everything. Heavenly Gondola skiing and casinos also conveniently closeby. Yet you get to come home to a quiet home on a quiet residential street.
New service LAKE LINK, free on demand in this neighborhood for travel around town. Also the local Bus 50 is also free and runs three times every hour but check the schedule as it can vary. Walk to the beach, the shops, restaurants and sport rentals. Bike rentals down the street. Check on parking as I have other guests too. Parking on the street is plentiful as long as the snow plows are not out.
Guests must sign the Good Neighbor contract prior to entering home.
Laundry limit of two loads per month. Light use only of kitchen (although kitchen is fully stocked.) No moving furniture around. The cleaning fee is for typical use and is used after your stay to return the space to as it was. It is not for maid service. There is no maid service. If you make any mess during your stay in a shared house situation, you are expected to clean up after yourself. Especially in the bathroom and kitchen. Respect my home and enjoy your stay. Remove shoes in the house please!
